no quite
   

when i click on a mod, nothing seems to come up. does this happen to anyone else?

Yeah, it's still having troubles. I had to try many times to finally get the list of the latest downloads but as of yet, I'm unable to download any. I still get the 'Too many active users' and the '...prevents it from being opened or locked' errors.
