|
Can I leave things in a chest for as long as I want without them dissapearing? Like in my room at the monastry for example. |

I think so, I know it was possible in Gothic 1, but I've never tried it in G2. _________________

But when you get too many items it gets irritating to cycle around the whole inventory. |

Items won't disappear if you put them in a chest or sell them to a merchant (Don't attack the merchant, however. All his items may disappear due to some weird bug).
Once your hero becomes more advanced, he'll have tons of keys. Keep them all. Imagine what happens if you leave your monastery key in your chest. During the Gothic times, you can't phone for emergency help if you forget your keys in your room. |

There probably is a limit eventually like 1k or 16k. Can someone like Nico tell us please? In other games, there is a weight limit so they supply a chest back at base for you. In this game, I have frequently collected lots of orc axes and heavy branches on my expeditions.
Offloading them to an arms supplier, I sometimes have overrun and transfer the items after the weapons too. This may be my keyboard buffer but I think the usability of the inventory keys could be improved in places. _________________ "How are things?"
