Those are the X and Y co-ordinates for the map. If you have the cheat console enabled (or maybe you don't need it) press X and it will tell you your X and Y location on the map.
I think 0,0 is the center of the map and the rest is calculated from there. -100 X is to the left, +100 x is to the right... -100 y is down, +100 y is up.
I think.
Been a while since I used the X key.

That would make things easier. I haven't used that command since hunting for the ring of wizardry using a walkthrough in BG1... whenever BG1 first came out.  Played a lot of games since then...
