The hut and the pedestal in the swamp

What are those? They're in the part of the swamp opposite the temple. The pedestal is glowing blue, I think.

The hut belongs to shrat I think and the pedestal is just there.

My theory about the pedestal is that it is where one of the mages stood when they created the barrier.

It's got orcish runes on it though. Makes me think of the orc cemetary...

Shrat is an NPC, you can take him on as a party member. You won't be able to equip him though (unless you use cheats).

The blue 'thing' is part of a quest wich was taken out of the game if I'm correct.

The blue thing is an Orcish altar for praying.

if you find a corpse in the hut
then propably dead is Shrat

hehe nice, well you have to load an older saved game or
press "b" type "marvin" press "b" again ,lock on the corpse press"o" and then F8, now lock on yourself and press"o" again and Shrat is back!

Shrat can be a bit of a help if you're a low-level character (for fighting beasts, people), but he's pretty useless later on unless you use cheats to equip him. If you think about it, you're not cheating by giving him weapons in your inventory and training him up after he levels up. Wouldn't he most likely accept your goodwill?

Well seriously, if you were to offer a guy armor and weapons wouldn't he accept them?

Seriously, not always...I dont think Gomez would accept a novice loincloth or heavy militia armor.

Fine, way to skew my words, BTB

If you were to offer a guy "better" armor.
