You know what XeroX? I somehow seem to recognize that picture...

Well, Val, Avenging Angel isn't really a bad title, you know.

The color of this cards has something to do with the date they were releashed.

I'm talking about the suit of Magic cards (black, white, red, green, blue), not the rim color of the different editions.

In my opinion red would suit Val a lot better than white .

I used to play green/white or white/red after I discovered that playing with a blue deck instantly made me everybody's enemy .

I didn't play Magic for long, however... switched to Doomtrooper after a while where I used to play Dark Legions. Not because I'm inherently evil, but because I'm inherently lazy regarding game rules - the Dark Legion suit had less restrictions than any of the other suits (Bauhaus, Capitol, Cybertronic, Imperial, Mishima and the Brotherhood).

Black would fit Val nicely to.

The rim hardly has anything to do with the editions, it changes for editions but not that much.
This card is from the Tempest edition (see the symbol right center) and its is rare.

I meant 'edition' in the sense of print editions (1st, 2nd, 8th etc.), not card cycle (Ice Age, Fallen Empire, Antiquities, Tempest etc.). Most card cycles (if not all, I don't know since I stopped playing halfway through Ice Age) were printed in more than one edition, and those usually differed in rim colors.

Val and black? Come on, the black cards were mostly disease-carriers and undead... something for Death metal kiddies who think they're evil. Generally speaking, red cards used to have a lot more focused destructive power.

Well, that D&D alignment test did say that I was Lawful Good....

But according to this test I'm yellowgreen.

According to the D&D alignment test I was Neutral Evil. According to the color test I'm...
