| The best books you read in 2003 |

Which is the best book you read this year so far?.
Not that i read many books each year, but in 2001, for myself, was LOTR trilogy (in single volume). For 2002 - The painted House by John Grisham, his only novel that far from anything to do with lawyering...
This year, the award go to:
Memoirs of a Geisha, by Arthur Golden.( )

Any book that features a singularity as an antagonist gets a nod from me.

The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I had heard so much about it, that I finally decided to read it. It is the funniest book I've ever read, bar none.

I really would have preferred reading Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy over I Am the Cheese.

Too early to tell! I expect to read at least two more books before the end of the year. If I had to choose now it would be between Ulysses by Joyce and Don Quixote by Cervantes. I think I would choose Don Quixote.
