IN THE RUINS IN THE PLAZA BRINDISI DOROM IS A PLACE CALLED SKYBREAK

GALLERY, IN THE CENTER IS A"DWEMER JUNCTION BOX" THAT PROVIDE
(I THINK) POWER TO OPERATE THE 3 LEVERS THERE. WHERE DO I FIND ???

This is part of a quest from Almalexia. She'll give you the "powered Dwemer coherer" that you need to operate the machine.

OK, I have a coherer and I am in front of the junction box. How do I use it? I can not equip it or put it in the junction box. Help.

Nevermind. You have to use the "powered" one given by SHE. I had dropped that one to pick up the Daedric armor and come back with a different one I found in another room. Only the powered coherer works.
