i just bought the game, installed patch 1.08h and treid to run it on my system (windows xp p4 2,53ghz, 512ram, ati radeon 9000), it works fine but for some reason i cannot see any menus not even the first one atfer the videos. hope u can help me!!!!
p.s.: i already installed the latest drivers for my graphics card and i also applied patch 1.08k without any change... |

Which menus? Do you hit the key for bringing up the menu? Esc for the main menu for example? S for the stats menu? Have you checked your keyboard configuration under Settings? _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

i press the key and i can hear a sound when i scroll in the menu (that i cant see), so i know im in the menu, i just cant see it....and sorry, i cant check my keyboard settings cause i cant find setting s in the menu cause i cant see it , do u have any ideas how to solve this problem?? |

this one's tricky...
Do you have the lastest drivers for directx?

The 1st German release version is the only one that needs to be patched.
Sounds like a typical driver problem to me. Gothic and the Radeon 7500/8500 didnīt like each other when the cards were released. Maybe history repeats itself. _________________ Webmaster GothicDot
