^Ditto. I love it when I refuse a glass of wine, only to be told "this is a particularly good chardonnay with a crisp palette - you should try it". Doesn't matter how expensive or "crisp" it is to me - it all tastes like vinegar!

I've drink some times and taste more thano 20 drinks.But I don't like drinking.I only like the wine.No matter what color it is red or white.

Am absolutely Not a alcoholic guy for alot of reasons:
1.it something forbidien on our religon.
2.I don't like myself when people will look at me when am drunk!!...Think about it----> Hows your look will be?
3.It's bad for health.
4.Am too younfg to start drinking--->(It's just an expression)
And i wanna ask two qust*:
1.Why is the author is so curious about this qustion which is--->Do you drink?
2.And why you (the guys who drinks) drink? What is the intersting thing on that?

I drink because I like drinking. Simple, the right amount of alcohol can make the night so much better, and I don't follow any religion so that isn't a problem for me either, besides I'm 19 years old, I'm supposed to be in the pub every night getting pissed up.

I'm just curious, what is the legal drinking age in England? Is it 18? It's 21 here in the US (ridiculous).

Well, 21 seems rather silly to us Brits, but it stems from prohibition and the temperance movement so its completely understandable. In the UK (and in much of the rest of the world) the legal drinking age is 18, although in the UK you can have a drink with a meal at 16 and what you give your kids in your own home is your business. Different countries have different rules and different levels of enforcement.
I hear from an American cousin that authorities are beginning to turn a blind eye to underage drinking up to a point - as long as you're 18+ and keeping a low profile they'll leave you alone. In this the case throughout the US, or very much a local thing?

It must be local because a lot of cops will come down pretty hard on underage drinking around here.
Luckily, my friends and I have never had a problem with the police.

I don't drink alcohol. I'd much rather have some fruit juice that hasn't stagnated, thank you.
