Original prices of Gold Box games?

Back in the day, money was much tighter and I had to limit myself to games on the very top of my want list. So I couldn't afford to try those intriging Gold Box games I kept hearing about. A couple of years back I started collecting them and started playing through them. But this morning it struck me: how much did the Gold Box cost when they came out. I don't remember. I figured some one here might.

Thanks...

P.S. US Dollars please.

Where I live the C64 versions cost around NZD 49.99 each (that was about 25USD at the time). The big collectors edition cost 130 dollars (65USD) and included - Pools of Radiance/Curse of the Azure bonds/Hillsfar/both dragon lance action games/War of the Lance(strategy game).
