Yep the scuba gears is the solution, and they don't weight more than 1 Kilo each, so don't sell them afterwards, You may need them again.

Yes I have it.
I have also Destinae Dominus (already).
All my characters was mad, until I...
I just wonder where I will find last artifact. But do not spoil my game, I will ask, if I will be not able to find it for long time.
I am now at home (my computer with Wizardy is at Univerzity) with all these scuba gears, Destinae Dominus and Helms of Sanity.
Grrr... this game is really good. I play (or played) first person shooters... They have maybe better graphic etc., but this RPG is something (I for example have one of my 6 character which is not usefull at all, she only dies in every fight and I must resurect her, but I like her, and I am glad that she is with my on this journey... Lol, I am starting to be mad .

Unfortunately I can't get the scuba gear through the Umpani quest since I killed all the mooks. Does anybody know how I get around it.

There is scuba gear in a hut in Bayjin.

There two "collections" of scuba gears you can find (I think every colletion has 8 pieces).
One is in hut in Bayjin. One is in Umpani side of water caves in storage room near entrance to water.
