Game Crashes at minimizing

wo... i minimized my game so i got EVERYTIME a access violation.. what should i do..

im running the mod kit and the FPS patch
ant the basest fucking thing is when i come on alt+tab or ctrl+esc
but GOD its not going on the "windows" button on the keyboard
but how should i end that
i was just in the house of gomez and stealed all his stuff ;P (im one of his men, im not cheating

) and would get 8000 ore for this stuff -_- then i gone to fisk, KO'ed him and stealed his money before he stand up and was stealing the 2 houses out too and then boom i came on ALT+TAB and boom game down, and boom access violation...

and i was not savin dammit all that one more time...
