Lockpicking levels?
   

Does anyone know what lockpicking level you need to pick Gary's door and/or the safes in the bank?

And if it's really high, does he ever go home again, late in the game? I really want the trollbook, and I can't pick the lock at the rebel camp either. Anyone know that level?

I know gary eventually goes home but he's only done it once. (don't let him see you go behind the curtain.)
