Can't start Gothic2

I can only start gothic2 the first time after I've installed it. After that I have to reinstall the game to get in again. The loading menu comes up for only a second and then it disapears again. There is no error message either.

Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Download a new virus scanner. Itīs possible G2 gets infected (= changed) and then no longer passes internal verification.

Not good.
You should post in the official forum and include a zipped DXDiag and MSConfig.
Maybe the tech support can help you.
