On a side note, who is the chosen of Adanos? Maybye Vatras? I suspect Saturas, however. Before the addon, the game's developers completely forgot the rest of the Water Mages.
The undead dragon says for himself that he is the chosen of Beliar, and Xardas becomes it after it dies and he take its powers. Besides, Xardas tells you in the start that you have banned the sleeper, not killed it and when you banned it he screamed, and this scream was an order that said "come". That must mean that the sleeper is the undead dragon and when he screamed it was the sleeper that commanded the dragons and orcs to come.

Who cares anyway, if the dragon is the sleeper or not doesn't really matter to me  I better go and check those huts out, if there's said to be a note there!
