Ryzom loses its publisher |
|
I just received the following email:
Hello,
We regret to inform you that Wanadoo France and Nevrax have decided to put an end to their collaboration. Wanadoo France is therefore no longer the publisher and operator of the game Ryzom in Europe.
This common decision has been reached because of divergences of views regarding the evolution of the game, as well as the postponed release date scheduled by Nevrax for the end of Q1 2004.
Moreover, Nevrax will proceed with the development of the game and be in charge of the Beta-test.
Wanadoo and Nevrax will ensure that the transition phase has as little impact as possible on Ryzom.s community.
In the following days we will forward you a communication from Nevrax specifying the process you can follow to register on ryzom.com, which you will need to do if you want to apply for the next stage of the beta-test.
You are no longer registered and you must field out the form to participate to the 2nd phase of the Betatest.
From today onwards, www.ryzom.com thus becomes the official website.
Thank you all for your involvement, and all the best for the follow up of the beta-test.

First time I hear that a developer stood firm on the release issue and did not give into the pulisher's demands. May it turn golden for them. _________________ (@) |
