A place to sell valuable items?

Anyone have any any where I can sell high-end stuff? Merchants in most towns aren't able to buy some of the items I've acquired (ebony shortsword, glass dagger, etc....)

Any towns/merchants able to afford buying stuff like that?

Erm, nevermind. I just read someone else's post regarding Creeper in Caldera.

However, has anyone else found a merchant with this much or more cash?

Yes, I found a merchant with 9000. I think the creeper has 5000 right? Anyway he is a merchant in an Ashlander Camp in the Grazelands. The Zainab camp....

Another idea for high priced items

I found a way to use them without loosing value. I had to wait until I had a large cash pool myself. Then I went and had an item enchanted. Enchantments are expensive! I spent 14000 gold to have a 45pt lightning spell added to my dweamer sword. Then, I went back and sold a dweamer axe (value 30000) back to the merchant to get all my gold back. Basically I end up trading in the high level item for a great enchantment. The biggest drawback is having to have the gold in the first place.

I really only "got" the trade system today - its a BARTER system and allows those with a high faction and mercantile skill to maximise their profits. However most of the time your going to lose value from a high level item sadly but its far better than a pure buy and sell system.

I now have some VERY nice high level scrolls by the way which Ill be happily using
