NEED HELP! Morag Tong quest!!!
   

I'm doing the quest right now where you need to get past a steam pond surrounded by dead trees. They say my target is hidden behind some rocks and is out of vision. Anyone that has done this quest, please tell me where he is. Been looking for him for the past hour

This one is a little weird.
If you follow the directions (Go NE from steam vent?) you will reach a door. This door leads to an underground tunnel system with a lot of hostile dark-elves. Your target is about the third guy in. He's near the bottom of some stairs and he has a couple of buddies backing him up.
