Fourth Switch in Chapter 6

I've managed to get through all four gates and use the switches in each room to raise the four switches in the main room in front of the very large door, which I am obviously trying to open.

Problem is, the fourth switch in the main room came up, but I can't "use" it. I don't get the title "switch" when I stand beside or in front of the switch, so I can't go on. Have I done something wrong or am I destined not to finish this game?

The stone podiums per se are not the switches - the switches are attached on the podiums.
So it might be helpful to walk around the stones and see if you can find the switch on the other side of the stone. (At least it worked that way when I was in Irdorath.)

In case you are aware of this fact and have already tried it the way I mentioned it's pretty likely to be a bug.

@ bugs in genreal:
Some really weird things can happen, e.g. slain molerats still standing on their feet and twitching (aka 'dancing molerats' )

When I once loaded a game I saved directly before encountering the final foe, the game even "forgot" to spawn the undead dragon.
That sucked!

Bug

I like bugs, they taste funny...kinda like mushroom weed But I don't think it's a bug most switches you need to be in a certain positon...I don't know if it's only for the 2 switches but try shooting it with an arrow heh...that's always fun

Are you really sure your standing at the place where the switch is?
You can see the switch at a side of the stone that came up. I had the same but after all I found out the switch is ON the stone and I was just standing at the wrong side.
