Actually, you can still become a vampire after you have become cured of Corpus Disease. You just have to lower your immunity by magic and lower your fatigue by either work or magic and maybe even lower your willpower and luck by magic, as well.

1. Kill the vampire.

2. Lower down your luck, willpower, immunities, and fatigue.

3. "Enter" and "Exit" the body the of the vampire.

***Note***
It can take a long time to catch vampirism this way--but it can still happen.
