| Collector edition and little concerned!!!! |

The game sadly ain't out yet in Holland....i am wondering if we will get the special collector edition as well...what is extra in this version???
and at the moment i'm VERY concerned about the game's performance..i read things like people with a MUCH better pc than mine experiencing very bad framerates and slowdowns....i really hope the game will be at least playable here |

Please read those folks' entire posts...the majority of them refuse to turn off (or even tone down) graphics settings..
Don't get me wrong, there are some ppl with nice rigs that are having really bad compatibility issues for some reason or another, and I sincerely hope they get in contact with tech support to resolve those issues. BUT, I think that I will be able to play it (when it arrives) because I'm willing to turn down the f/x..Sure, eye candy is nice, but the 'meat' of an RPG is the storyline...and that's what I'm looking forward to.

I haven't read anything about the Collector's Edition being released in Holland (I live there too). But it will be available in Germany (full English Collector's Edition). You can order it with Amazon.de for example. It will be released in Germany May 7th.
I pre-ordered it at the Gamestop online shop in the US. I just tracked the package and it's already at Rotterdam Airport. But UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so I'll only get it on monday.....Aaargh....have to wait another weekend... |

I think that I have too buy the collector´s edition instead of the original game.  In the store they said that they will have the collector´s edition next week and the original game sometime around June. But I guess they just want more money. Release the more expensive version first so that the gamers that really want the game must buy that (they cant wait.)

YEah, that's a way to do it..germany...but i will get the german only version there problably , ain't it? i mean...maybe i can expect an language options..but then again maybe not..and then i'm hooked up with a german game... |

All this concern about performance - well, let me tell you: even if you have to turn features off, even if it is choppy sometimes, IT SIMPLY ROCKS.

That's what I've been trying to get across to these young whippersnappers..
Consider yourselves lucky to even HAVE the game..mine is somewhere over eastern US about now..(according to my UPS tracking results.. )

If you order from www.amazon.de or www.okaysoft.de you will get the FULL English version, both game and manual will be in English. |

First of all, UbiSoft has not yet decided if the CE will be available in Holland. The Localised version will be end of may, and the US version wont come at all.
But as I said some posts below, I need it FAST, but I cant use a credit-card (guess my age, sigh), so I am looking for a site that has alternative ways of ordering, while not making it much more expansive.
Hmm, if Germany has it, I might just as well step on a train, I am quite close to the border anyway:) |
