newbie questions
   

1. How do you know what level you are?
2. How do you light a torch?
3. Is the man selling jewelry only open sometimes?

1. Open your ingame journal, there are parts to it. Your stats, your spell book, your journal.

2. If you have a torch to use, then just F key and it should be lit and in your hand.

3. Yes he is there at different times based as best as I could tell on where you were in the game. So if you need him, he was always gone. I wanted to kill the guy myself.
