Mod Problems - Anyone Else (or solutions)

I restarted after the last patch and added a bunch of mods, partially to keep the first 47 levels being the same old the same old but also because some of the mods are clearly pretty clever and/or challenging and/or useful and/or fun and/or etc. I have reached level 15, mostly in the SW of MW and have found the following (non-fatal) glitches in the game:
- I can no longer free slaves; get the key, open the slave pen door and get no conversation options to which I can reply/free the slaves.
- In all conversations, the standard information/little secret/little advice/MW lore options are missing; totally, absolutely not available with any NPCs.
Skar is gone, well the outside except for the door. Just a yellow box with an exclamation mark floating in space. Fortunately, the inside stuff is all there - apparently in some dimensional warp - and, to date, functional.

Any ideas which mods may have caused these problems and, if so, what I can do to clean them up. For interest, I have the following very large (at least compared to the previous zero) mods running:

Boots of Not So Blinding...
Regenerate Magicka
W3NewItems
Bandit Cave
Dread
superrings
Lysandus
Legendary_Objects
Bandit hideout
Daedra_Hunter
SecretTombofSeydaNeen
Moon's Spawn
Clean KFM Castle
TwinLamps v0.5a
BalmoraHauntShip
DragonRecognition
AttributeSwitch_0531
bettabook
Duelist-Books
QuickChar
WeatheredSigns
Regeneration
TreboniusAntabolisFix
Mar Lao 1.0
adventurers_v14b
weight_fix_0607
reaper
ModernAdventurer
Ring o Teleport
Angel's Tear
Stanegau Isle
EBQ_Artifact
AreaEffectArrows
bcsounds
Lord Grim Companion
TowerofHawkwing
Legion Shirt
Tokacia Manor
master_index
SilverDrakeBoots
speed_ring
EarthlyDelights

Actually, that is a lot of plug ins, more than I realized. So far, they are well done and do add to the game. Any help will be appreciated.

Um...This may or may not help you but.. Don't you think you have just a FEW to many mods?? It could be that a particular mod changed one thing in the game and then another mod changed the same thing to something different. Creating a dependincy problem in one of the mods. If the problems you are having aren't annoying you just continue on with all the mods. But.. if they are you may want to try to elminate the ones which you either do not use or do not really help you in any way.

Hope that helped.

I agree; when I get home, I'm going to get rid of some of them and hopefully clean up my problems. Thanks.

I suggest getting rid of the plug-ins that affect one object, or create new objects.

Keep the official ones, but try getting rid of these if you can:

W3NewItems
superrings
SilverDrakeBoots
speed_ring
Legion Shirt
Angel's Tear
reaper
Ring o Teleport
