100/100 DTD on load in the game, changing area anywhere in the game 20/100 DTD, never had that problem with MW or Tribunal
2:
Picking up stuff that I have dropped for weight or other reasons (like no store with cash or tradables in the area of the current quest) results in being jumped by the nearest guard because now it's a crime to retrieve my own stuff. |

i dont have these problems.. morrowind also stopped crashing after i installed bloodmoon, i suggest you reinstall (also mind, first tribunal then bloodmoon?)

That's a nasty one then. I can only suggest looking for updated drivers for your graphics and sound, and then try turning your sound card's hardware acceleration down to None.
