| How do you feel about strong women? |
|
This is specifically to address something a friend told me recently about how many strong women seem to become targets. I'm just curious as to how the population of this board feels.

When you say a strong women, do you mean with alot of muscles or strong minded???

Not that it makes a difference but are we talking physical or mental strength?
You say Strong women become targets - for what?
I would be curious what people think of weak men as they too can often become targets. But this is your thread and I don't want to highjack it 
You options on the poll seem a little negative but I had to choose whatever as I really don't even think about it. I don't view it as a negative thing but then again I don't particually go out looking for physically strong women. As for Mental strength then I think it is a good thing - I like someone that will stand up for themselves and fight for what they beleive.

The could never be as physically strong as men.
Very muscular women lose their feminine looks.

It's physically impossible. People aren't created equal, and there are more muscular limitations on the female body, meaning the strongest of both sexes would have the male being stronger.
Personally, I find physically strong women repulsive, but a woman with a strong mind is vital. |

Strong minded women have populated my life. The last thing someone as egomaniacal as myself needs is to deal with women that are weak. I avoid them. I guess you could say that strong women are self-selecting as far as I'm concerned. Physically strong? Why not? But as I hold to the classical ideal, this is less important. Grotesque musculature is equally unattractive in both men and women.

i chose "oh baby" cuz the rest weren't accurate representations. i'm not a strong woman, i do have an opinion, but i'm not a dinosaur.
now if we're talking mental streangth, than i voted right. i can't stand ditsy chicks.
if we're talking physical strength it would really depend. my sense of self worth drops and rises daily, and if i was in a realtionship where the woman was the stronger i'd probably become somewhat suicidal if i didn't get out.
hevily muscled people gross me out. i've seen those strong man contests and i have to do everything i can to stop myself from gagging. the strong lady competitions are even worse! you can tell their frames weren't meant for those muscles. and some of them get testosterone injections and they have hair on their chests...ICHK!
in any event, mind yes, body mostly no.

My apologies, I should have been more specific. Yes, I am referring to her personal character, her mental capabilities, her ability to stand alone. Not to physical strength.
