Ship won't leave harbor, have read the sea chart

Hi there,

I've taken a look at the sea map, everyone is on board, still I have the quest for the crew as active. First I thought maybe I overlooked somebody but when I ask another charater to join the party it is said that there is no more space for another person.

Is this a bug or am I missing something? I talked to everyone on the ship but there seems to be nothing to start the journey with... Pretty shite.
