Thats the other option if you can't find one. My suggestion, it is a Daedric bow, so search Daedric ruins. You'll be surprised some of the good stuff you find. You probably won't find one until you are a high level however.

I found one just dont remember where...  But after it i travelled to gnaar mok so it must be in the area... Maybe maelkashisi or sumthing? also find a couple of daedric arrows! And i thougt u needed some levitate potions just take some with you to be sure.

i think i found that also and yes if it is the same place you do need to levitate.
