I just wanted to add I had emailed JoWooD last week about if they were actually going to release the addon in the UK or the US and this is the response I got.
"Greetings to America
We are in negotiations with our partners in UK and US at the moment. So at the
moment we can not give you a final release date...
JoWooD will keep you informed on our homepage www.jowood.com and on the official
game homepage www.gothic2.com --> we will send out a Press Release when we have
a final release date!
And thanks a lot for your JoWooD support! We will keep up the good work!

To be fair it does sound from this that the intent is still to release the English version. This is good news and must surely be welcomed. |

I hope they do release the English version. I will pick it up the day it becomes available, but not knowing when that will happen is the hardest part. Oh well I guess all we can do is check the news everyday hoping today is the one we hear something about the English release.  |

Yeah, an english version of NotR would really lighten thins up for people who don't understand german, spanish or italian. I just don't get it, the majority of players who play these games are english, american or just understand english better than any other language and don't want to adapt to anything but english or their native language.

the gothic2 spanish version has been delayed to 30th march

i forgot to say
nobilis-iberica has also announced itīs inntention to publish a spanish gothic3 version in the end of 2005
maybe this is a little too much optimistic, but maybe a Q1 2006 is possible if the game ships the german version in Q4 2005

Great news for all spanish-gothic-players-who-prefer-to-read--spanish 
Now I hope there will finally be some english version english subtitles publisher too

Hey, good news to hear. Actually Spanish is EASY to read compared to German  , no offense, I tried mein besten to translation it.
The link does say English voices for the expansion. I hope that is not a typo. It means we can rip the voice 'pack' and make a 400 MEG Mod pack to replace the original German add-on NotR 'voice' pack.
Well, since it is in English voices, who cares? Just buy the Spanish version.
I wonder if there will ever be an English version.

there is a problem when you have to select your answer, isnīt it??? the character does not read them before you choose one 
otherwise it would be ok to the english speakers
maybe you guys could extract the english voices of the spanish version of TNOTR and complete the english subtitles MOD. donīt know if there are going to be legal problems. anyway you will have to wait until june aprox. maybe an english TNOTR will be announced in that period of time, everything is possible

Maybe a person can use the English Subtitle Mod to give you the English subtitles? It should work on any version.
I keep wanting to upgrade the text, but I keep thinking it would be a waste of time if the English version has a good chance of being published.
If not, just use an updated final version of the English Mod applied to the Spanish version, if it is in English. I guess we will know in June.

Night of The Raven with English Voice Acting would be really good news, I was going to buy The German verison until i found out id be paying 67 dollars plus tax to get it, I would gladly pay that much for an english voice acting verison, Hopefully this isnt bogus.

 Refering to the earlier post, it would seem that indeed an English G2 with NotR with English voice acting is to be TBA soon!
They came to an agreement and in a few weeks it is claimed the anounce date. This is from the JoWooD board forum Adminstrator post; he should be in the know, he has the JoWooD signet.
