The letter on William

When i get to the addon world, i found fisherman William's dead body, he had a letter signed a wellwisher on him, i'm just curious about this wellwisher, who is he and is he connected in the whole thing?
and one more thing, when i found the two dead pirates in a small cave by the lake and went back told Bill about them, i got a new mission called murderer of Hank and xxxx(forgot the name) is the murderer supposed to be one of the bandit? i went to the bandit camp and nobody seem to know anything about it

The well-wisher is Patrick. He is one of the missing citizens who is now the leader of the rest of the slaves in the mines. The other slaves follow him. You meet him once you can enter the mine.
The murderer of Angus and Hank is a bandit named Juan. He is hiding out in a cave in the swamp. To find him if you are coming from the ruined city go to Sancho. Once you reach him take a right over the wooden bridge. Go straight from the wooden bridge until you get onto the second island. This is the island after the island that has Engor(I think that's his name) and another bandit on it. The cave is at the end of the island.Watch out for swamp sharks and swamp golems. If you kill Juan save the packages you find because these are for other missions later on.
