just too darn funny.

Ok, I have a fairly twisted sense of humor by most accounts. In chapter four and doing some errands for the Paladins in the Old Camp. Was playing around whats left of that facility and teleported into a room above the wall and see this lever just sitting there all by it's lonesome. Being more curious then my cat I walk up and flip the switch, almost immediately I recall what that leve was for from G1 and began giggling as a cutscene comes up of the orcs around a campfire glance towards the castle noticing the front portculis is rising upwards!! DOH!! ROFL, could not stop laughing over that one.

Makes total sense, especially considering they are not likely to create a cutscene just for twisted folks like myself.

Just curious, how did you teleport to that room?

Marvin mode and hit "k" to teleport five feet through the door.

Gotcha, I don't use marvin mode too often. Not familiar enough with it. Guess I'm chicken.

just save before you use it.. it's funny to make yourself immortal and walk trough the orcs without hitting them... or hit someone in the city, so that you will get everyone to attack you. then make them mortal (change flags) and kill the whole city.

you're right. Could use that one fellow's suggestion and copy all saves to another directory. Then should really be safe to backtrack. Could be fun

Personally I would wait until chapter five when everyone in the castle has out lived their usefulness, then just kill them all. The gate guard standing next to the door you ported through has the key, so you don't need to cheat it. then open the gate and you have all the orcs to yourself. Worth much more xp, assuming you are playing it without cheats.
