I have a very serious problem with the opening of the portal quest!!!Saturas won't give me the Ring until he is sure that i am a "reliable man"!!!What can i do in this situation?I tryed everything!!!Please,help me!!!  |

You need to get a letter from Vatras. For this you will have to find out what happened to the missing people.

I don't know what to do after i kill Dexter!!!It say something about Raven(but Raven is on the Island)!!!What do i have to do to take the letter from Vatras? |

You will find a letter in Dexter's inventory. Go to Vatras and give him this letter. Now you are allowed to become a member of the Ring of Water.
After you've become a member Vatras will give you the letter for Saturas.

Don't forget to read the letter or you will not have the needed dialog option.
