Should i use plugins the first time through?

I'm waiting for my game to arrive in the mail and i've been looking at a bunch of these plugins wondering if i should wait until i beat it to try some new stuff. After some thought i decided i would only go with plugins that change the graphics (new faces, npc replace mod) and the atmosphere sounds plugin. Then i started hearing that the game is easy to level up in fast and that you are unstoppable at higher levels so i thought i might try a plugin that increases difficulty. My question is should i just stick to the plugins that have no effect on actual gameplay the first time through?

I think playing without mods is the best non-bugged gameplay.. and shorter loads (correct me if im wrong)
and i suggest you start off with the mainquest + fightersguild, this will make the game a little harder.. i did that and its way more fun..
