where is Bilgoth?

If he did not die by exhaustion at the pass, where can we find him?
I found Talbin at the back of Akil's farm.

Nowhere. He does not appear at the New World.

I have seen his corpse next to the pass on occasion.

After you have taken Bilgot to the pass and he says thank you and that kind of stuff, after the quest is done keep following him. He will walk towards the abandoned mine and then suddenly die.
He just falls on his back and he's dead, it's very funny to see.

re: Bilgoth

Sometimes we didn't see his body so we assumed that he did make it. Other times, he was too tired and died of exhaustion, I guessed.
