The game installed to the windows system directory, and I can't unninstall it and reinstall. Restoring windows isn't an option for me.

When I run it, it hangs immediately with no error screens or anything else.

Specs:
P4 1.5 ghz
256 RAM
Radeon 32mb DDR
Creative Audio PCI sound card
Windows ME

you know, it just happened to me...I did not notice why I had your same problem. I bet you are running windows 2000 or xp. For me, it happened in a freak nature when i reinstalled the game or i forgot how it happened. Boy i was pissed and reinstalled the whole operating system.
