Arg! We've been dragging our feet for so long, my vacation is now almost upon me.
Val - How do you want to handle this? Originally I'd assumed that there would've been enough momentum generated that I could step out and leave Xerxes with you to play - if needed. But we are just now starting, and I will be out from Friday until the 16th of June.

You can always delay introducing Lintra's character until he gets back. Once in a while you do meet new party members in new areas or after new events. It's been known to happen from time to time in computer games, I've heard.

@Val - I feel 100% confident that you can run Xerxes while I am not here. As the party gels I get the feeling that he will match up very well with at least 2 of the characters, in addition, he will be initially very well disposed to the penguin (just 'cuz he's a penguin) ... the other two will need to develop his trust, but I don't see any major issues there - and plenty of chances for some good natured jibes.
Don't forget, he loves to perform (he's really only good at the pipes, but that doesn't stop him from trying *grin*).

So it would appear. Looks like this will be a 'check every six hours' kind of group. Not that I mind and I hope it keeps up.
Timestamps are going to be important. Yahoo likes to deliver messages out of order from time to time... I just posted directly to the group (I always do) and as usual it will show up somewhere between 5 seconds and 12 hours (or never, if it 'bounces').

Yep, at times in Yahoo Groups, the messages appearantly disappear permanently into a place we call the Void. Its dangerous there, for messages.
