?naga skull chest?
   

What is the use for the skull chest where the naga queen is? I cannot find the skull key or the chest. Do I need to get it?

No you do not need to get it. Itīs just to swim back and climp up. Speeking of not need to, you do not need the gas-mask either, that saved some time for me. When you die, just press "r" and make shure you spended all of your experience first.
