Again, I beseech others' expertise: what use do the rockets have? I bought a couple packs from (I thinlk) Sadok. I haven't tried to just 'throw' them yet, but I'm guessing they need a launcher. Now, I could have sworn Crock had a Wrist Rocket for sale once, but I went back to him and he doesn't have it.
Any insights?
Thanks for looking,
Corey |

Yep, you need a launcher. The Umpani have lots of them. I wouldn't get overly concerned, though- rocket damage is terrible. It's an area effect range weapon, but they do 3-5 HP per critter. Combined with the fact that they weight a ton, I'd say forget about it. Only thing I don't know is whether the damage goes up if you have someone with high modern weapon skills. |

If I used it, I would probably have my gadgeteer use it anyway...
Thanks for the info! |

Also, the wrist rocket is NOT a rocket launcher. It is an advanced version of the sling. The weapon that launches rockets is, of course, the "rocket launcher". Available exclusively from your friends, the Umpani.

Well dteowner was definitely right, the rockets kind of suck. Even with my Gadgeteer with MW skill of about 80, they are still only hitting like a level 1 Fireball. I'll be selling them to the next merchant I come across. Cool idea though, too bad it stinks for damage...

I read some postings in this forum and now i do not know which level is normal for which place.
Some of you have lvl10 in lower monastery,
some have less levels (like me).
I got the dominus thing and my heroes are lvl 10-11.
Do I have chances to survive the battles that will face me in swamp?
Or should i train my ppl more?

Probably you will be albe to survive this battles, but they will be very difficult for you.
When they become too difficult, simply return to Trynton or Trynton-Arnika road and train your character a little bit more. |

Correct me if I'm wrong, but to get the Destinae Dominus, you have to already have been through the swamp. No way did you survive the areas beyond the swamp at level 10. Perhaps you have the Astral Dominae instead which you purchased from a certain person?
Anyway, I agree with Danicek that the swamp might be a bit tough for your crew right now.
edit- FYI. my current crew is just shy of level 10 and we're entering Trynton for the first time tonight (assuming my wife lets me play). I might be a little higher than some because I visited the Umpani before going to Trynton. Perhaps that gives you a feel for how your party has progressed?
