| Who and Where are the Redoran Councillors? |

It's been a long time since I had to find these guys and I have completely forgotten where they can be found. I need to talk to them in order to have my stronghold grow. But my journal is of no use in this regard, even through I am already a Hortator of the House (I am already the Nevavarine). |
