sometimes the little guy needs help I'm the little guy
   

I killed all the dragons I can't find the orc camp by lobarts farm I talked to the guy that gaurds the ship but I can't sail so what do I do now please help

It's not really at Lobarts. When you leave by that gate from the city turn right and follow thw right wall all the way, killing creatures as you go. Eventually you come to a narrowing at some trees. Check in there.

Yup it's in the woods at the left from lobarts farm if you're heading for the city, go straight to the Black Goblin's camp, than to the right (I'm not sure) and you'll find it.
If you wan't to recruit people for your ship you first need to take a look at the See map.. (you found it in the secret library from the monastry)
