SPOILERS
you need to reactivate 3 Stone Ruins to get some artifact pieces and later you give them to water magicians |

you have to find out what has happend to missing people ..and you have to go to lord hagen give your message. then you can join circle of water

You can't join the water mages, only the "circle of water" That's a secret society that helps the mages.

I've come to a ded end serching for the missing people.I've found Elvrich and Lucia's letter but that guy Skip won't tell me anything.I don't know where to search for them! Could you please help?

you need to fined Dexter skip should tell u were to fined him
then if u fined him talk to him and kill him then take the leter that hi has on him self and rede it that would be it(if you won't i can tell you were to fined him) |
