Lightning spells work wonder against Fire Golems. You might also try out the spell called Ice Bolt (or was it called Ice Missile? It's been a while...). |

I'd stongly recommend Ball Lightning. It seems to be the best spell for handling that creature. _________________ OMG! WTF?! MONKEYS!!!!

Ice bolt is correct. Ball lightning I thought took too long to cast (IMHO) _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.

It does a lot more damage though. And it forces the golem to stand still long enough for you to cast another one. _________________ OMG! WTF?! MONKEYS!!!!

That's right. I didn't think of that. If he is stunned that makes it better. I was able to throw ice bolt fast enough to get it half way down before it got close enough to thump me. Would run away a bit and turn around to do it again. A matter of preference I guess. _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.

I used chain lightning twice, than wave if ice (you don't have to aim with that, while the golem is running toward you). This tactic proved successful at first. Before This I've tried nearly every lightning and ice spells but they didn't succeed. So I recommend you these two spells. _________________

You could have just stood up on that little ledge where the stone golem was and pelted the fire golem from where it can't hit you! _________________ OMG! WTF?! MONKEYS!!!!

True, the fire golem is at least as ungraceful as the stone and ice golems. _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.

I just used ice bolts and a lot of hit and run. He can't catch you and stops before end of the trail. Slow but effective. _________________ =Member of the Nonflamers Guild=
