Fire bow and the storm servant.
   

So while i was brownsing though the weapon list page in WOG, I discovered a bow called "fire bow". It seems that i have missed it everytime. Does anyone know where to find it?

Also I still haven't figured out whats the point with wind servant and storm servant weapons? Both just decrease skill level. Storm servant seems to have a huge reach, but otherwise it is just crap.

Yes, the fire bow was added in NotR. It looks cool, but is only useful early in the game (and then in a limited way since you only get 20 firearrows and can't buy more -- though you can cheat to get more). It's found with Dexter's bandits. I won't spoil it by saying more.

The "storm" weapons just let you get a bigger punch for less strength by sacrificing some weapons skill.
