Nothing. You have to jump the gap. From what I understand, those who have made it fall couldn't walk across it anyway.

If it falls, it falls in the wrong direction. Jump over the gap with acrobatics or turn into an animal able to make wide jumps.

Help me understand two things:
1)There are two Monasteries:the ruined monastery with the column and the abandoned monastery where you find the focus ,right?
2)about the column:fall????dont understand.....acrabatics?????why you need acrobatics or to transform to an animal????You mean to climb up the ruined tower????

You might feel the need to get from the platform with the column to the platform with the chest somehow. Since there's no obvious way to get from one to the other, you'll have to jump across the gap which is wider than normal human jumping distance.

The place where you find Ur-Shak the shaman is actually called the "Old Citadel" for you info.

If you go fast to ur-shak you can write "goto waypoint castle". It's easy, but you must active the Marvin Mode!
