Now I have two quests from king in second city. One of them is to open game and lower bridge to that stony castle - I think Anskram Keep.
I was able to open gate, but I was not able to lower bridge. How can I do it?

Thanks for help.

How did you lower the drawbridge?
Thanks in advance.

SPOILERS!

To drop the bridge, shoot the chains. To raise the gate, use the key you got in Drangheim to get into the gatehouse (trapdoors on upper level outside). There's a lever in there.

You're not shooting the chains outside the keep? One shot will break them if you shoot between the keep and the gate.

I must be really stupid. I'm at the castle with a drawbridge about 45 degrees up. It is attached to a stone wall with 2 link like chains. I've tried shooting the link chains from every possible angle and location, including where they exit from the stone and where they exit the wooden drawbridge... no effect. I have the key from the jarl by the way. Help please... really frustrating.

You're outside the gate. That's your problem. If you can stand on the drawbridge, you're in the wrong place. You need to be standing in the courtyard between the keep and the gate. Look up, shoot, repeat.

Ok, appreciate it. But how do you get in the courtyard?

If you've tried the Imp quest, you should already have a way in. If you took the Drangheim quests first, then you might just check out the wall- ALL the wall. Perception will help, but is not required. If you haven't done the Imp quest yet, DO NOT enter the keep from the courtyard. It will invoke a bug that makes the quest impossible to complete.

Thanks for tip, but I have no party member with bow skill. Is it able to equip bow without it?

I guess it should be easy to visit trader and buy bow skill book and then just equip bow. Am I right?

I think that a well-placed elemental bolt will do the trick, but I haven't tried it to be sure.
