Transfering saved games from Demo to Full, how?
   

Which files should I move?

Demo and full release are supposedly different builds. Saves are not compatible, so back to the beginning you go.

Thanks Dteowner, I guess you're right. As I did find the saved game files, but they haven't helped On the contrary, they rendered the full version unusable, now I have to reinstall it

Deleting those save games you moved should help to restore your full version of DSII.
