When I originally started playing 2E D&D I was very partial to the Druid. I never played 2E for very long though and when 3E was released I pretty much dropped appreciating the Druid with the same favoritism as I had the previous incarnation (it's all about planeshifting at will, baby). For awhile through 3E(.5) I mainly stuck with magically inclined characters, almost exclusively sorcerers and wizards. Then I became very tired playing those classes and flopped around playing other classes. Presently, I mostly experiment with different core class/ prestige class potentials within all available choices and see what becomes of it.

Unfortunately, fantasy themed D&D is quickly becoming very boring. It's sad actually. So unless my house ruled d20 that I'm working on (incorporating all story concepts) ever comes to light, I'm hoping to move to a more varied system such as GURPs, Shadowrun, or RIFTs. I don't think my group will be very compliant with the change though.

Sexy female rogues with smart mouths are my personal favorite. I like stealing hearts and pocket change at the same time. Although sometimes I'll settle for just "cute". Like when playing a halfling. Being to cute to be suspicious can save your bacon. *wink*
