How do I get into the Storage room? I heard that i can get a leather armor in there, but how?

I remember in the demo you could get onto Mateo's shop and then onto the wall and drop down into this area.

Some say youcan climb up the wall behind Matteo's store and then get up his roof.
But i did it another way:
Get onto the carpenters roof, there are some cabinets infront of his house (where he works). Jump on those and then on his roof. (some times he makes the jump to the roof automaticly ehen you try to jump up those cabinets). Walk along his roof to Bospers roof and jump across the street to Matteo's roof.

there are 6 ways how to get in
1. climb the wall behind matteos house and then jump on his house and move in (very easy way)
2. jump to house of carpenter then on bospers and then on matteos
3. put the guard to sleep with a scroll
4. join militia no problem to get in but you wont need the armor
6. kill him would be a little hard for a low-level char

u forgot num 7: just strafe past him, u can get past any guards that way
