i assumed that the colored tablet's hints would ease my way through the 3 chambers... well, i'm stuck in the second one, with all the tunnels and spikes that come up when you get too far in.
what's the solution to this puzzle?
and to satisfy my curiosity, is there any way that i could have known the right combination of buttons in the first chamber? there are 5 buttons, but 3 opened the door. do the other two do anything?

well I thought myself is there some logical combination to these buttons ...I just guessed them right after many deaths 
that stone tablet wich says " I who disagreed he other two/three build the first trap" was found in house of scholars. maybe there would be hint. maybe in these buttons has pictures of priests,warriors.. who knows ..I just guessed them

the hints in the colored tablets don't make sense at all.
the first is something like, "you must choose the right path"... i guessed the 3 buttons to hit, and got through after many deaths.
i think the second one is like, "death comes to those who don't stay in the path of the light"... which again, has no bearing on that chamber that i can see.

I already helped ... that path of light thing is just after choosing right tunnel from that chamber
if you can't use my spoiler then just try out those tunnels ..save/load ...when you don't die---> that's your tunnel...I think most of us have found it doing so..

eh? i thought for sure i tried all of them.
although i did move from left to right... maybe i forgot about the last one, which would be the one on the immediate right.
and sorry, i was in a hurry and misread your first response, not realizing you put a hint in your reply
