strange assassins!
   

I just began to play Morrowind and haven't take any quest from Caius yet. Now I am having fits being attacked by man in black outfit anywhere when I woke up. Why?

As already suggested, better talk with some guard about it. They may nobody who can tell you more.....

Assasins
   

I think the handout they give you with the game says that the assasins are related to tribunal. So you could ask the guards about it but leave it at that until you want to play that.

go and talk to the adamantium platemail guard near the dukes castle at ebonheart. The assasins are so annoying if you are low leveled.
