Excalibur canceled?

I was really looking forward into Excalibur. RGPDot's release list tells that it's canceled but the official site is still running and I didn't find any information on the project status there.
I found a new demo movie on the Excalibur site lately(can't tell from when though).

Does anyone have any news on the game? Is it 100% certain that it's canceled?

I don't know about Excalibur, but look what happened to TORN, Black Isle is still around although the project is long dead. The funny thing is when you go to amazon.com they have this game on sale, go figure.
